Booking policy

Read the booking policy

Deposit secures your slot. A ₦5,000 deposit by OPay transfer is required. Your appointment is confirmed only after Joy verifies it.
Opening hours. Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Closed on Sundays.
Be on time. If you're running late, message Joy so she can tell you whether your full service can still be done.
Cancelling or rescheduling. Let Joy know as early as possible. Deposits are not refunded automatically; whether a deposit is returned or moved to a new date is up to Joy.
Home service. Give your full address and make sure someone is home at the booked time.
Balance. The deposit counts towards your total. The rest is paid to Joy as arranged for your appointment.
